Fellows are responsible for booking their own flights. Please arrange your flights to arrive/depart at the following times:

Arrive in Riyadh:   

By 4:00 pm on April 19th 

Arrive in Dubai:   

By 2:00 pm on April 21st 

**KF will arrange for roundrip ground group transportation from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for the day trip on April 23rd

Depart Dubai:  

We will finish the Abu Dhabi sessions by 5:00pm and will return to Dubai by 8:00pm on April 23rd. 

We recommend staying at the designated group hotel as this is where group transportation with be coordinated to/from. Rooms are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Book early to ensure availability. 

Note: for those looking for a more budget friendly  or premium option nearby, we recommned: Rove City Walk  (budget friendly)  and Madarin Oreintal Downtown Dubai  (premium). KF does not have formal blocks at these properties so contact direct.
